Piper is a miniature smooth-haired dachshund. Both her parents were wire-haired dachshunds so she is a genetic throwback, who has the colouring (wild boar) and personality (lively and playful) of a wire-haired dachshund. She loves to play with her companion dachshund, fetch stuffies, and chase squirrels.
